2019 Graduation

 

All 2018-19 graduates must complete the following:

 

1.  Graduation Application

Due Date: December 14 

2.  The Diploma Fee $25

Due as soon as possible.  Payable by cash, check with Mrs. Phelps in the Advising department.

3.  Post High School Survey (Dec. Grads Only) - The deadline for this form has passed.

4.  Graduation Status Survey (May Grads Only)

Due Date: February 28, 2019

 

Graduation Ceremony

 

Friday, May 24, 2019
First United Methodist Church

 

Mandatory Rehearsal (Graduates only) 11:00 am

Ceremony Begins:  3:00 pm

 

 

 



Cap and gown orders will arrive in late March.
An email will be sent when they are ready to be picked up.

Order your cap and gown - CSEC Cap and gown order.
 

The deadline to receive the group discount for your cap and gown is December 15.

November 16 – ALL GRADS Graduate Picture Deadline 
November 30 - DECEMBER GRADS ONLY Post High School Survey (The deadline for this form has passed)
December 11 – DECEMBER GRADS ONLY All CSEC Fees and Books Due
December 14 – ALL GRADS Complete Graduation Application
February 1 - ALL GRADS Endorsed Diploma Application Due
February 28 – MAY GRADS ONLY Graduation Status Survey
May 1  – ALL GRADS Graduation ceremony tickets available for pickup at CSEC
May 11 – MAY GRADS ONLY All CSEC Fees and Books Due
May 24 @ 1 pm – ALL GRADS Graduation Rehearsal
May 24 – ALL GRADS Graduation Ceremony
June 18 – ALL GRADS Diplomas are available for pick up

The Colorado Early Colleges Board of Directors has established the following graduation requirements for all students pursing graduation. All of the following criteria must be met in order for a student to graduate: 

 

 

All Colorado Early Colleges graduates must demonstrate college or career readiness based on at least one measure in English and one measure in math listed in the Menu of College and Career-Ready Demonstrations established by the Colorado Department of Education. 

 


Full-time students transferring from other educational programs must meet Colorado Early Colleges’ graduation requirements. Part-time students are not eligible to graduate from Colorado Early Colleges. 

 

 

Valedictorian/Salutatorian Selection Criteria


 
Graduation Guest Tickets:

Each graduate is allotted 
6 guest tickets for ceremony. Tickets will be available for pick-up beginning May 1, 2019 with Mrs. Phelps.

 

If a student has an unpaid fee as of April 30, they will be given two tickets for graduation for their parents/guardians.  No exceptions.
