Thank you for your patience as the CEC Network of schools worked through creating a uniform process for textbook reimbursements. For your convenience, the revised Textbook Procedures and Textbook Reimbursement Form can be found on the CECCS website. The online form must be completed for textbook reimbursements.
There are two major changes that you need to be aware of:
- The textbook reimbursement process can only begin once CECCS receives the final bill for tuition from our post-secondary partners (primarily PPCC) to ensure accuracy in student voucher information.
- Textbook reimbursement checks for required textbooks will be distributed at the end of the semester in the Curriculum Library when textbooks are returned.
